A valuation of your business

Knowledge and experience of our specialised markets enables us to prepare valuations of pharmacies and dental practices. We make a reasonable charge for these valuations, whether they are for selling, financial, Capital Gains Tax (including 1982 valuations), probate, matrimonial or any other reason. Since 1982 we have sold or valued thousands of businesses and have all the evidence necessary to support our professional valuations. We fully refund our fee if we subsequently sell the business.

In the past we have been commissioned to carry out valuations and reports by leading banks and financial institutions; solicitors and accountants; the Department of Health; the Office of Fair Trading; supermarket groups; and, of course, independent pharmacists, dental proprietors and wholesale pharmaceutical companies.

If appropriate, we will assist clients with CGT negotiations with HMRC.
